Routes and Marketing Specialist
Chris grew up around route-based operations and distribution businesses long before he ever understood how valuable that experience would become. His father worked inside a family-owned bakery depot, where drivers and stockers weren’t just employees — they were independent business owners responsible for their own routes, revenue, and operations.
That environment exposed Chris early to how transportation businesses actually functioned behind the scenes.
The family eventually purchased their own route, and from a young age Chris was immersed in the day-to-day realities of operations
By sixteen, he was actively contributing to route operations and earning income inside the business. But more importantly, he was developing an understanding most people never gain access to: That trucking and route-based industries are not just jobs. They are systems built around ownership, operations, and leverage. That early foundation shaped the philosophy behind Truck CEO University.
Today, Chris teaches operators how to think beyond labor and begin understanding the larger business ecosystem behind transportation, logistics, and route-based revenue models.
